Managing Products

Add and organize your products or services so the AI can provide accurate information to leads and help qualify their interest.

What are Products?

Products represent what you offer to your customers. This could be:

  • 🏠
    Real Estate Listings
  • 🚗
    Vehicles
  • 💼
    Services
  • 📦
    Physical Products

When leads ask about specific items, the AI uses your product catalog to provide accurate details and recommendations.

Categories & Tags

Organize products by category (e.g., "Sedans", "SUVs") to help the AI provide better recommendations based on lead preferences.

Best Practices

  • Be descriptive: Include key features, specifications, and unique selling points in the description.
  • Keep pricing updated: Ensure prices are current to avoid confusion with leads.
  • Mark availability: Keep availability status updated so the AI doesn't recommend out-of-stock items.
  • Use categories and tags: Set a category (e.g., "Sedans", "SUVs") and tags to help the AI filter and recommend products based on what the lead is looking for.
