1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OnLeads (“the Service”) at onleads.chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OnLeads provides an AI-powered embeddable chat widget that businesses place on their websites to engage visitors, qualify leads through automated conversations, and book appointments. The Service includes a dashboard for managing leads, widgets, settings, and integrations.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service offers a free trial and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.
4.1 Usage Limits
Each plan includes an AI message allowance for its monthly or annual billing period. If you enable overage billing, messages beyond that allowance are charged at the rate shown in your plan details. Otherwise, the widget pauses at the limit. Leads are unlimited on all plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam or misleading messages through the chat widget
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the widget or API
- Use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws
- Impersonate another person or entity in conversations
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the appropriateness of AI-generated content for your business. OnLeads is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including lead information and conversation content. We retain a license to use this data solely for providing and improving the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. Widget Embedding
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to embed the OnLeads AI chat widget on websites you own or have authorization to modify. You are responsible for ensuring the widget is used in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
