Connectors & Tools
Connect external services to OnLeads and control which AI tools are active on each widget. Every connection is a connector, and every AI capability is a tool you bind per widget.
How It Works
1. Create a Connector
Open your widget in the Widgets page, go to the Connectors tab, and connect an external service via OAuth. This creates a connector for your organization with encrypted credentials.
2. Bind Tools to the Widget
In the same widget settings, switch to the Tools tab and enable the AI tools you want. Each tool is bound to a connector - different widgets can have different tools active.
3. AI Uses Tools Automatically
The AI uses the enabled tools during conversations - booking appointments, syncing leads to your CRM, and more. No manual action needed.

Per-Widget Control
Each widget has its own set of tool bindings. Configure connectors and tools directly from the widget's settings in your Widgets page. This means you can configure different widgets for different purposes:
